Education:	Bachelors of Science degree in Medical Technology or related field and/or registered by ASCP or equivalent certification.  Associates degree in Medical Technology, completed required college courses in  laboratory field.
Experience:	Graduate of accredited School of Medical Technology and/or experience level required for certification
	Laboratory Technician PRN
Education:	Associate degree in Medical Technology or related field and/or registered by ASCP
	or equivalent certification.   Completed required college courses in laboratory field
Experience:	Graduate of accredited School of Medical Technology and/or experience level required for certification.
	Phlebotomist PRN
Education:	High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience:	Experience preferred but not required
EMS -	EMT-B, EMT-I, EMT-P PRN
Education:	High School Diploma or GED
Certifications:	TDH Certification
License:	Current TX Drivers License
Switchboard -	Switchboard Operator PRN
Education:	High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience:	Experience in extensive telephone or PBX is preferred
Enviromental Services -	Floortech FT
Education:	Must be able to read and write and follow simple oral instructions in English
Experience:	Floor maintence experience preferred but not required
